Dr. Tom Chore is the Bishop and Founder of Hope Restoration Church and Hope Academy. Through the formal exposition of scripture, he inspires believers toward transformed lives, leading a Christ-centered, multi-ethnic community. Dr. Chore holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Management, a Master of Divinity from Virginia Union University, (USA), a Master of Christian Ministries from Daystar University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the East Africa School of Theology. He currently serves as Director of Hope International Ministries in Virginia, maintaining a steadfast commitment to local and global missions.
